Abstract

Law enforcement of narcotics has been widely practiced by law enforcement officers and has received many judges' decisions in court. This law enforcement is expected to be able as preventive factor toward the spread of narcotic trade, but in reality it is more intensified in law enforcement, also it is more increased in narcotic trade distribution. It is similar with the law handling of drug abusers who committed by the students. The legislation’s rule can not be applied simply, but it must use certain procedures, so that the drug abusers who committed by the students will get special protection by law and can be seen from the study about the extent of punishment threat that can be imposed to the drug abusers committed by the students. Special regulation about drug crime committed by the students in Boyolali Regency still refers to Law No. 35 Year 2009 about Narcotic Crime. The existence of District Rules of Boyolali Regency No. 14 Year 2013 about Child Protection aimed to realize the Boyolali Regency as the Children Eligible Regency.
