Abstract

This study entitled "Analysis of the Influence of Economic Growth, Poverty and Regional Expenditure on Human Development Index at Regency / City in Central Java Province Year 2011-2015". This study aims to analyze how much influence the economic growth, poverty and regional spending on the index of human development in the District / City in the Province of Central Java in 2011-2015. This study uses secondary data in the form of a combination of cross section data 35 districts / cities in Central Java Province and time series data for 5 years from 2011-2015 so that in this study there are 175 observations, that is data index of human development, economic growth, poverty and regional spending. The method of analysis used is panel data regression. Based on the results of the analysis shows that economic growth and regional spending have a positive and significant impact on the human development index. Meanwhile, poverty has a negative and significant effect on human development index. It is expected that the government should accelerate the accelerated development of lagging and remote areas by enlarging the budget allocation for infrastructure development and infrastructure facilities so that people's living in the area will be worthy of other developed regions, as well as realizing an even and serious economic growth in poverty alleviation.
