Abstract

This research entitled "Analysis of Influence of Gross Regional Domestic Product, Inflation and Regional Expenditure on Employment Creation at Regency / City in Central Java Province year 2010-2014". This study aims to analyze how big the influence of gross regional domestic product, inflation and regional expenditure on employment opportunities in Regency / City in Central Java Province 2010-2014. This study uses secondary data in the form of a combination of cross section data 35 districts / cities in Central Java Province and time series data for 5 years from 2010-2014 so that in this study there are 175 observations, namely employment data, gross regional domestic product , inflation and regional expenditure. The method of analysis used is panel data regression. Based on the results of the analysis shows that gross regional domestic product and inflation have positive and insignificant effect on employment. Meanwhile, regional expenditure has a positive and significant effect on employment. Therefore, it is expected that the government can adopt policies that are truly in line with the aspirations, needs and priorities in each region, especially the APBD allocation for infrastructure development and maintenance should be improved.
