Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of firm size, activity, profitability, and maturity on bond ratings. The population in this study is all manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange and registered in bond ratings issued by PT. PEFINDO for the period of 2011-2015. The sampling technique was done by purposive sampling method and obtained 36 companies as sample, while the method of analysis used logistic regression analysis. The result of this study indicate that the variable activity and profitability influence the bond rating, while the firm size and maturity have no effect on bond rating.
