Abstract

This research aims to know the implementation of the teacher in the managed class in grade 4 in SD AL Firdaus Surakarta 2016/2017 school year. This research is a descriptive qualitative study types. This research uses ethnographic research. This research is carried out in SD AL Firdaus Surakarta on JL. Yosodipuro No. 56 57132 Solo Central Java in April 2017. Technique of data analysis qualitative analysis is conducted which includes the reduction of the data, the presentation of the data and the withdrawal of the conclusion. The results showed teachers in the implementation of the managed class 4 in SD AL Firdaus Surakarta 2016/2017 school year which have been implemented by the beginning of the planning which includes preparation of the RPP, annual program semester, program, programs assessment and other administration coupled with planning for activities by preparing breakfast, prepare the materials tadarus and planning activities Read Wrote the Qur'an. Then next is organizing implemented by teachers, including implementation of the RPP academically, while the non academic regarding arrangements classroom and students, for example a seat adjusted to the theme. Next in the class teacher is already trying to guide, direct and assist students with hard effort, full of patience and diligence of both academic and non academic, although it still needs to be improved again. The latter relates to supervision or control in a managed class 4, class teachers are trying to do. surveillance activities by means of evaluating the results of the teaching and learning activities as well as evaluating several other class 4 activities i.e. breakfast, tadarus Write and read the Qur'an with reporting the results of the development of the students, so parents know how the development of his son. The obstacles faced by the classroom teacher in a managed class, namely that the barriers faced in planning, organizing, direction, Supervision has yet to be carried out with good and perfect. A solution to overcome the obstacles facing teachers grade 4 in a managed class is kepa memebimbing school was instrumental in planning, organizing, direction, Supervision in the management of class.
