Abstract

This research aim to know influence of work motivation and organizational culture to teacher performance in SMA Batik 1 Surakarta. This research use data collecting method by propagating the questioner. Population and sample which is used in this research is teachers in SMA Batik 1 Surakarta counted 30 respondent. Hypothesis examination in this research use analyzer validity test, reliabilities test, classic assumption test, doubled linear regression, F test, t test, and coefficient of determinacy (adjusted R 2 ). The result of research indicates that there is positive influence of work motivation and organizational culture by partial to the teacher performance. There is influence of work motivation and organizational culture by together to the teacher performance. Result of the examination coefficient of determinacy (adjusted R 2 ) showing the teacher performance in SMA Batik 1 Surakarta influenced by work motivation and organizational culture equal to 50,2%, and the model have got away from examination of the classical assumption.
