Abstract

The study aims to process the tutoring service of mathematics learning guidance. The development of study guidance service, and the supporting factor and inhibiting of study guidance service. Data collocation techniques used are structured interviews, observations, and documentation. This study uses data validity test with triangulation. Data presentation and conclusion/verification. The result of this study indicat that: 1) the implementation of service in the integrated Islamic primary school az-zahra is the classroom teacher monitoring of the learning process at the time of classroom teachers if there will be a problem class teacher or counseling teachers inform that there is a problem. 2) developments in integrated Islamic schools az-zahra is a very good private school that has grown from year to and year and there is counseling guidance but conseling guidance differs from counseling guidance in junior high school or high school. 3) The supporting factor of the basid school of integrated Islam basic school az-zahra are the factor of the students’ willingness, the teacher factor and the inhibiting factor are poor family condition, broken family condition, broke family home and distance from school to school which is too far.
