Abstract

Rizna Pericleseri Rufi’atna. Q100150049. Learning Management in Kindergarten Sabilul Falah and BA Aisiyah Al-Hidayah Baki Sub-district. Thesis. Surakarta Muhammadiyah University Graduate Program. 2017. The purpose of this study are: (1) To know the suitability of the implementation of learning with learning planning in Kindergarten Sabilul Falah and BA Aisiyah Al-Hidayah Baki District. (2) To know the difference of learning implementation in Kindergarten Sabilul Falah and BA Aisiyah Al-Hidayah Baki District.The type of research is qualitative research. Implementation of research in Kindergarten Sabilul Falah and BA Aisiyah Al-Hidayah Baki District. Research data were obtained from principals and teacher. Data collection techniques are observation, interview and documentation. Analysis of qualitative data interactively.The conclusion of the research: (1) There is a discrepancy in the implementation of learning with learning planning that has been prepared. Non-compliance is in the implementation of the initial activities, core activities of learning, and the final activity. There is a development of learning sequence in its implementation. Implementation of learning is guided by Weekly Activity Plan (RKM) and Daily Action Plan (RKH). Implementation of freelance learning on child activity sheets. Medium learning without major learning media and educational tools. Learning is focused on reading, writing and arithmetic activities.(2) There is a difference in the implementation of learning in Kindergarten Sabilul Falah and BA Aisiyah Al-Hidayah Baki District. The difference is very visible in the level of achievement of learning materials. Differences in learning are in the development of early activities, core activities of learning and end activities. Development of the initial activity lies in the activities of short letter memorization and hadith, singing and prayer. The difference in learning in the core activities is in the attainment of learning materials delivered. The final activity of learning there are differences in habituation for learners. The difference in learning is due to the density of different activity agendas. Each teacher has a different character in conveying learning.
