Abstract
Background of this research based on: First, so far education is still placed as transfer of knowledge, causing education has been reduced to teaching so that is still far from humanization process. Secondly, Islamic education still tends to dominate with normative nuance, causing the scholarship that developed to become non-contextual and still recognize dichotomy in science. Third, the researcher found the uniqueness of Maiyah Mocopat Syafaat activity which always attracted the attention of many societies with diverse socio-cultural backgrounds. The atmosphere is very egalitarian and often doing dialogue between the speakers and the audience in various scientific dimensions. It makes the researcher very interested to analyze the religious humanist education contained in the activities of Maiyah Mocopat Syafaat which concluded the problem statements, there are: 1) What are the values of religious humanist education contained in the activities of Maiyah Mocopat Syafaat, 2) How to plant the values of religious humanist education the activities of Maiyah Mocopat Syafaat. The purpose of this research is to describe the values of religious humanist education in the activities of Maiyah Mocopat Syafaat and explain the cultivation of religious humanist education values in the activities of Maiyah Mocopat Syafaat. Type of this research is qualitative research, with historic phenomenological. The researcher analyzes the aspects of places, actors, and activities. In this study, the researcher uses purpose sampling as a sampling data sampling. In this study, techniques of collecting data are through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Technique of analysis data are measures of reduction, display, and use triangulation to examine the validity of data. The results showed that: 1) There are some values of religious humanist education found, there were: Egalitarian Value (equality), Aesthetic Value(beauty), Freedom Value, Creativity Value, Moral Value, Qaida Value, and Worship Value. (2) The planting of religious humanist education in Maiyah Mocopat Intercession is done in several ways including: Dialogical Approach, Cultural Approach, and Multicultural Approach.
