Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Earning Per Share (EPS), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Return On Equity (ROE) on stock prices in food and beverage companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013-2016. This research is a quantitative research with a total sample of 16 companies obtained through random sampling method. The result of the research shows that the variable of Earning Per Share (EPS) has no significant effect to company stock price, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) influence to stock price of Equity (ROE) significantly influence to stock price. Simultaneously Variabel Earning Per Share, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Return On Equity in this research have an effect on to stock price of food and beverage company.
