Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of education level, social security and training on employee productivity at supermarket partner sukoharjo. This research uses Random samplin type of data and data source used in this study by using primary data obtained from respondents' answers in the form of charging quizoner from employees of Self Employer Mitra Sukoharjo which amounted to 100 employees. Data analysis techniques used are multiple regression analysis, F test, t test and R square. The conclusion of this study is the Level of Education, Social Security and Training partially influence on Employee Productivity at Supermarket Partners Sukoharjo.
