Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Local Revenue, General Allocation Funds, Special Allocation Funds, Profit Sharing Funds, Remaining More Budget Calculations, Economic Growth, and Area to Capital Expenditures. Population in this research is Regency and City in Central Java Province year 2011-2013. Sample in this research is obtained as 90 by using saturated sampling method. The number of regencies and municipalities in Central Java in 2011-2013 as many as 105. Samples in the outlier a number of 15, so that the data used as a sample of 90. Hypothesis testing in this study using multiple linear regression with SPSS tool. The results obtained through a partial test that shows that the original revenue, general allocation funds, profit sharing funds, and economic growth affect the Capital Expenditure while the Special Allocation Fund, Remaining Over Budget Calculation, and the Area does not affect the Capital Expenditure.
