Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of flexibility work and job specialization on employee performance with job satisfaction as mediating variable at PT. Daya Manunggal Salatiga. The study sample amounted to 125 for company PT. Daya Manunggal Salatiga. Retrieval technique samples were carried out in a random sampling. Variable flexibility work, job specialization, job satisfaction, and employee performance. This analysis uses mediating, research results shows that flexibility work and job specialization have a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction, flexibility work has a positive and significant influence on employee performance and job specialization have an influence on employee performance. While the mediation is job satisfaction can mediate work flexibility, and job specialization towards employee performance.
