Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find the influence price , and quality of services of the decision consumers restaurant kfc solo square. Data analysis methods this research using test instrument consisting of a test of validity , and reliability . Next use test the assumption classical consisting of the trial normality , multikolonieritas test , heteroskedastisitas test , and the autokorelasi. Latest use the hypothesis consisting of regression analysis linear multiple , test t , test f and the coefficient determination. In research is based on test t , obtained variable partial price have an significantly to customer satisfaction , and variable quality of services in partial have an significantly to customer satisfaction. Based on the results of the f about influence between the price , and quality of service for customer satisfaction , is influence significant together between the price , and quality of service for customer satisfaction. Based on test scores r2 obtained adjusted r square of 0,263 or 26,3 % , so that it can be summed up the price , and quality of services able to show variation customer satisfaction of 26,3 % the rest of 73,7 % described by other variables out the study.
