Abstract

The database of an organization's alumni is a very important thing. Alumni data can be used for organizational needs, such as network expansion, alumni tracking, and other needs. Muhammadiyah students organization is one of Muhammadiyah autonomous organizations engaged in the realm of student affairs. This organization's alumni has spread all over Indonesia, so it requires a neatly arranged database. IMM Surakarta has not had a database, making it difficult in tracking alumni. At present, the alumni data obtained only come from the information of some people who were collected by traditional methods and thus less efficient. Therefore, a database of alumni which is stored and neatly arranged is required. The method used to design the database is SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method. Alumni data is stored in Mysql and implemented in IMM Surakarta website feature. The result of this research is a database in immsurakarta.id web page. Users must have an account to log in to the database page. The database page contains a menu to fill data of alumni IMM Surakarta, displaying data and information of alumni. The data base administrator has the right to edit and delete the alumni data and manage the user. This database was tested by Black Box testing and questionnaire. Black box testing, of the 10 points that were tested, the results are all valid. While the results of the questionnaire test showed as many as 86% of respondents assess the base of this data goes well.
