Abstract
Inventory data is a thing that needs to be managed properly. Moreover, if in the process of recording there are periodic activities that result in changes to the amount or conditions of the data. Of course with the record-keeping process conventionally can no longer handle the process so much. Data – data inventory should not just record, but can be processed properly so that it can be accessed anytime with accurate and complete. Progress of computerization now supports all for the development of an online system that is able to resolve the issue. The development of the system was conducted at the offices of the village of Tasikhargo which is still using conventional methods in recording inventory. This web-based information systems would later be accessed by staff of the village or community in order to meet the needs in lending. The development of the system is performed using the method waterfall are structured from requirements analysis, system design, writing code, testing programs and application programs. The coding system using the programming language PHP and MySQL for database. System developed could help the process of recording or documenting the infrastructure found in the village. Information systems are also able to meet the needs of the community as well as provide ease of borrowing subject staff village in reporting. The system has been through two step test where using black box testing get the results valid. Testing a questionnaire system also reach results where average 82.7% stating that the system is able to handle village of inventory problems.
