Abstract
Pharmaceutical Installation as one of the important units in the world of health makes it a facility that must exist in every hospital. In its development, the administration of Pharmaceutical Installation still generally uses conventional techniques that require a pharmacist to record all the drugs incoming and outgoing the storeroom to ensure the availability of the product (Inventory Control). Development of Pharmacy Installation Information System is expected to help reducing faced constraints. With some features like formula inventory, drug data. The Availability Warning feature is also added to facilitate the drug procurement more effectively. In addition, the output function of drug data and formulas can be printed separately for the purposes of manually back-up data. In its application, this web-based Information System uses CodeIgniter PHP Framework with mysql for its database managerial. Black-box testing is applied in this system because it is able to know the overall functionality of the system in accordance with user needs. The output of this research is Pharmacy Installation Information System which is ready to be implemented and operated by third party for daily needs.
