Abstract

Central Java is one of the provinces in Indonesia where most people live cultivating. This study aims to determine the effect of education level, population, and minimum wage of regency / city (umk) in Central Java in 2013-2014. The results showed that: The level of education and the number of population has no significant effect on the absorption of agricultural workforce, the minimum wage of regency / municipality has a positive and significant effect on the employment of agricultural sector.
