Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of local revenue (PAD), General Allocation Fund (DAU), DBH, and Capital Expenditure (BM ) to economic growth.The independent variables in this study are local revenue, general allocation fund, profit sharing, and capital expenditure, while the dependent variable is economic growth. The research sample consisted of 29 districts and 6 cities in Central Java province with 3 years study period fr om 2012 until 2014. The sample collected technique has been done by using saturated sampling technique. The data of this research are secondary data form APBD Realization Report in Central Java Province fo r fiscal year 2012 - 2014. The result of this research indicates that (1) Local Original Revenue (PAD) influences to economic growth, 2) General Allocation Fund (DAU) affects economic growth, (3) Revenue Sharing fund (DBH) affects economic growth, (4) Capita l expenditure affect economic growth.
