Abstract

Temple was an important cultural heritage an it needs to be documented because it became a cultural asset for a region. Documentation can be done using photo archives, archives of historical objects and can be modeled 3D aerial photographs. The used of 3D photo modeling not only produces temple archival information but also it can be used to provide spatial information. Spatial information that can be illustrated by modeling 3D aerial to analyzed relief, location, distance, accessibility, temple building layout , secondary facilities and conditional facitilies. It can be done because the main area and around the temple can be known from the results of aerial photography so as to facilitate the analysis on each factor. This research was aimed to create 3D model of Sambisari Temple, Barong Temple and Ijo Temple in Sleman to get the detailing of characteristics the Sambisari Temple, Barong Temple and Ijo Temple in Sleman and to analyzed the relation between the characteristics of each temple to the attraction at Sambisari Temple, Barong Temple and Ijo Temple. The research method used in this research was census and survey method. Census method had done because the object of the temple used in the study visited directly to obtain the data. Survey method had done to get the aerial photography data in gcp point. This thorough research is a qualitative research that emphasizes more on descriptive research analysis. The result of this research showed 3D temple area modeling of Sambisari temple, Barong temple and Ijo temple, detail of temple characteristic and analysis Besides other resulted by using data of temple area modeling is used to obtain detail information of spatial temple from relief, location, distance, accessibility, temple building layout , secondary facilities and conditional facitilies .The analysis of the information with the assessment of the attraction of each characteristic becomes the next result.
