Abstract

Love is a feeling the emotions that cause attraction between two or more persons in the absence of coercion and give positive and negative influence for the individual. Commercial sex workers are led to an encounter with many people every day. This study aims to describe the meaning of the love of a commercial sex worker. The subject in this study amounted to 5 women who work as commercial sex workers. Data collection using a semi structured interview. Data analysis techniques using interactive analysis techniques. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion of the subject can be inferred to have feelings of love to his partner despite frequent intercourse with people. This led to a sense of comfort, safety, and the motivation to get better again. To realize the sense of love to his partner, the subject is trying to open each other, give each other motivation, and spending time with when off work. Commercial sex workers and her partner have an agreement to build the House of stairs one day. Then factor that affects the meaning of love for commercial sex workers is the mutual trust of one another, mutually accept what is, and want to receive masalalu each other. How to maintain relationships with the forefront does is by giving the explanation of related work being done, maintain communication, mutual succumb when there is contention, and spend time together when there is time off.
