Abstract
This study aims to identify and empirically examine (1) the impact of job stresson the employee performance. (2) the effect ofjob satisfaction on employee performance. (3) the impact of motivation on employee performance. (4) the effect of job stress, job satisfaction andmotivation on the employee performanceat . Dua Putra Utama Makmur Pati. This type of research is quantitative. The sample in this study were employees . Dua Putra Utama Makmur Pati 100 respondents by random sampling sampling techniques. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques is multiple regression analysis, t-test, F test, and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed a partial effect between the independent variable on the dependent variable. F-test data analysis finds that there are variables simultaneously influence job stress, job satisfaction andmotivation on employee performance. In the test results the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained a value of 0,676, this means that the influence of job stress, job satisfaction andmotivation on employee performance was 67,6%, while the remaining 32,4% influenced by other factors was not examined in this study.
