Abstract
Abstract Wonogiri regency is a district that has the highest degree in paying vehicles tax. To handle the delaying problems of vehicle tax payment UP3AD Wonogiri Regency applies a communication strategy. The objective of this research is to find out the communications strategy conducted by UP3AD Wonogiri Regency to handle this delaying problem. In this research, the researcher uses descriptive qualitative methods with UP3AD Wonogiri Regency as research object. Researcher takes informants from the tax employee. The result showed the communications strategy that conducted by UP3AD Wonogiri regency were using direct socialization openly to all taxpayer or through face to face, researcher found the attractive way that the socialization were done by door to door.
