Abstract

The research aims to develop the learning media, test the feasibility and effectiveness of the design of Media Learning Development on Early Childhood Education Based on Android Package at PAUD Permata Bunda Bawen 2016. The stages of research started with development which consist of field studies and proceed with product development. The next stage of validation by the Forum Group Discussion Team, consisting of academics, practitioners, stakeholders and teacher representatives, followed by Judgment Expert validation and limited field trials. The final step is the main field trial. The results of the field studies most of the English language learning media in early childhood still use conventional media and expect the media in the form of applications that include pictures, sounds, movements, and music. Based on field studies, developed the product Android Package -Based Media English Learning. FGD teams and experts provide recommendations and revisions to some parts, in general, APK Media is acceptable. The results of field trials are limited, there is an increase in overall effectiveness in a limited field trial increased from 38% to 84%. The main field trial results, increased from 50% to 85%. Result of t test, thit< tcritical ¬ (-39.90909091< 1.761310115). In conclusion the hypothesis accepted, or the design of instructional media Android-based effective package used in learning English PAUD.
