Abstract

This research aims to test the effect of work stres influentials on turnover intention with social support as a moderating variable. The data on this research is the primary data in the form of questionnaires which had been distributed to the online drivers nusantara as much as 53 respondent with nonprobability sampling technique or sensus sample method . This research analyzed by using validity test, reliability test, classical assumptions test, simple regression test, moderate analysis test, F test and t test. The results showed that the positive effect of work stress and significantly to turnover intention while social support is quasi moderator variable. Influential social support positively and significantly to turnover intention and social support variables as moderation can moderate work stress against turnover intention as well as having significant negative influence.
