Abstract
Slab is one important component of civil engineering building structure. In general, the slab is used as the floor of the building, the roof of the building and the floor of the bridge. The reinforced concrete slab serves as a part of the structure that supports the beam's rigidity and has a rigid nature. The loads that occur on the slab have diffuse properties. SNI 2847-2013 is used as the standard reference rule in program design as reinforced concrete plate planning. The use of Python.org 2.7.13 programming language based on GUI (Graphical User Interface) in designing reinforced concrete slab program as technological innovation in civil engineering field. Where the output of its software will facilitate the user by providing easy to understand modeling usage. The calculation results from Python have high accuracy which so far gives valid results on the program. In the process the program is designed to produce the output of the form of calculations in the form of documents and images that can be documented in the form of image files. This program can be used to help calculate the planning of slab reinforcement either a single support slab, slab with two pedestal or slab with four pedestals.
