Abstract
This study examines the effect simultaneously and also partially between job satisfaction and job stress on the Nurse performance at PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta Hospital. The type of this research is quantitative research with a sample of 157 respondents nurses at the Hospital PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta using data collection methods through questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R2). Result of t test shown there is partially influence between independent variable to dependent variable. Then, from F test known that there is influence simultaneously between job satisfaction and work stress to nurse performance.
