Abstract
According to Kristanti (2010) Bayat soil is clay with LL = 77.25% = 22.25% PL, SL = 16.026%, PI = 55%. Unfavorable soil conditions, and easyly to damaged such as potholes, a bumpy, subsidence, and cracked. In this experiment, used on tras and lime as a stabilizing agent with percentages tras 0%, 2.5%, 5%, 7.5%, 10% and 5% lime. Test the soil physical properties of the mixture obtained moisture content, density, liquid limit, shrinkage limit, plasticity index, sieve No. 200 down, while the plastic limit increase. Based on the original land AASTHO methods including group A-7-6 and soil mixture including a group of A-7-6 and A-7-5. Based on the original soil and mix USCS including CH group. The greater the density percentage test mix tras and 5% by weight of lime that dry volume increased and the optimum water content decreased. DST test shows the percentage increase tras and 5% of lime that the cohesion and angle of friction in tends to rise. The cohesion value is 1.250 kg /cm2 and the greatest value in the friction angle is 20.35 °. Normal voltage value of 4.47 kg / cm 2 and the shear stress tends to increase. The shear stress value 2.911 kg / cm 2 on the ground with a mixture of tras 10% and lime 5% and the value of the smallest shear stress 1.940 kg / cm 2 on native soil.
