Abstract
Fredy Sulaksono, Assessment of Certified Teachers Education at SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono Boyolali District. Surakarta: Postgraduate Program of Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. 2017. The purpose of this study is to describe the assessment of teacher certified teachers in SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono, which subsequently described in sub-sub: (1) describe the steps of preparation of teacher certified teacher assessment, (2) describe the implementation of teacher certified teacher performance assessment, (3) ) describes the evaluation of performance evaluation of teacher certified teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono. This research method, with qualitative research and research design using ethnography approach. Data collection techniques with observation, in-depth interviews, class supervision and document studies. Data analysis techniques use three components: data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and verification. The validity of data is done by triangulation steps, member checking and observation persistence. The results of the research are (1) the step of preparing the assessment of teacher certified teachers in schools is one component that supports the success of learning, which is closely related to improving the quality of education, thus giving birth to a generation that can bring the nation Indonesia can compete in Asian markets in particular and the world in general. The steps taken in achieving maximum teacher assessment through: a) In-House Training activities, b) Teacher functional training activities and c) Collective activities of teachers who are all integrated in self-development in order to perform teacher tasks as per the performance indicators teacher. (2) Teacher performance appraisal activity which is an activity of performance appraisal to teacher competence with aim to improve sustainable profession development and gain recognition in the form of credit number for career improvement purposes, in it promotion. (3) Evaluation of teacher performance appraisal activity is an activity to measure the success of teacher performance appraisal. The results of the collaboration make all teachers have professional competence and pedagogic competence that can answer the development of the era by equipping the generation that can compete in the global market.
