Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find, understand, and describes the behavior of prososial in the online game addicts. This study uses qualitative methods. Informants from the research was selected by purposive sampling criteria i.e. online game addicts aged 15-25 years. The results of this research show that aspects of sharing such informants share cigarettes and share Science of online gaming. Aspects of the cooperation include the working program of cleaning the mosque. Based on aspects of help such as helping people who are sick. Aspects such as lending money donated. Whereas, in the aspect of acting honestly like won't abuse the money spp for online gaming. conclusion of this research is to 1) the kind of prososial behavior commonly found in online game addicts are sharing a cigarette, teamed up to win the game game online, participate in community activities, to lend him money. 2) online gaming addicts also have a good solidarity with a fellow like help dock the Fund for victims of natural disasters. 3) prososial this type of behavior is done online game addicts mostly based by self gain (like to get recognition/acclaim). 4) prososial this type of behavior that is rarely done by online game addict that is grounded by a factor of personal values and norms (upholding justice and righteousness). 5) too much playing games online can lead to dishonest nature on individuals such as abusing the tuition fees for online gaming.
