Abstract
The foundation is one of the structure of the building that serves to sustain and channel the load on it into the ground so that the building can stand well, then in the planning should be as much as possible to anticipate the collapse of the building. The foot plate is a foundation made of reinforced concrete that is shaped like a board or a sole. This foundation is commonly used as a foundation of column structures, especially for multilevel buildings. In order to pass the load to the hard soil layers beneath it properly, the dimensions of the tread foundation are deliberately larger than the size of the column above. Reinforced concrete itself is a mixture of cement and coarse and fine aggregates reinforced with reinforcing steel within the concrete itself. The program is designed to encompass the foot palte planning based on SNI-2847 2013 using Python.org 2.7.13 programming language based on GUI (Graphical User Interface). So the output of this software will facilitate the interaction with the user because the modeling of objects with high accuracy count. The results of this program itself is the result of the calculation of the foundation of the palm and the reinforcement image of the palm foundation is stored in the form of document files and images. Overall this program can run well and valid so it can be used generally as a tool of planning of Foot plate, sepesically single foot plate with clasp, Single foot plate with joints, and Foot plate continuously. .
