Abstract
Cardboard and sawdust have the main content in the form of high cellulose as a medium of growing seedlings of F2 white oyster mushrooms and straw mushrooms. The purpose of this study is to determine the length, thickness and spread of the mycelium growth of seedlings of F2 on the media of cardboard and sawdust. This research use type research of experiment method with Complete Random Design factorial pattern consisting of 2 factors which is carried out in 3 repetitions. Factor 1 media types: cardboard (M1) and sawdust (M2). A factor of 2 kinds of mushrooms: oyster mushroom (B1) and edible mushroom (B2). The measured parameters are the miselium length, miselium thickness and miselium spread. Based on the results obtained on the growth of mycelium seeds F2 oyster mushrooms and straw mushrooms high on the media on cardboard with a length of 9 cm, the thickness of the grown thick and the deployment meeting of thick, while the results of the mycelium growth of seedlings of F2 oyster mushrooms and straw mushrooms low on the media sawdust with a length of 1.3 cm, thickness is evenly, and the deployment of the meeting thin.
