Abstract

The human being to meet the needs of life is sometimes cause water pollution. This condition will result in all of the ingredients are dissolved in the form of contaminated waste going into rivers. The Jumbleng is one of sources of water that has been polluted. Pollution of water that experienced this a result of waste the factory tofu around the river. Therefore to do research quality and altervative treatment from waste the factory tofu. The purpose of this study to determine the content of the physical properties and chemical on waste know about rivers. Know the influence of time puddle to a decrease in COD, BOD and TSS of constructed wetland.Doing experiments a simple reactor biogas and the influence of the decline in COD, BOD and TSS and the design of the IPAL waste tofu, as well as designing the processing waste tofu. The results obtained the physical properties of waste tofu : smell and color cloudy. The chemical characteristics : pH (3), COD ( 576,38 mg/L), BOD (309,87 mg/L), TSS (260 mg/L). The drop of waste the constructed wetlands by soil and plant with a pool 5 days in the lowest while by gravel with a poll 15 days in the highest. In the waste tofu to biogas reactor simple also decresed levels of waste and levels of TSS have the greatest decline. The design of the IPAL waste tofu through five stages : a tub separation of oil, a tub the liquid waste, a tub anaerobic, a tub aerobic a tub raredaction.
