Abstract
Housing or home is a basic need that becomes a priority to be fulfilled by every individual. Population growth data showed higher fertility value than mortality for Sragen and Karanganyar regencies. From the data there is an opportunity to invest in housing construction. Sidodadi village located at the border between Sragen regency and Karanganyar regency becomes a strategic location for the investment. Investment planning begins with the distribution of questionnaires, the results of further questionnaires through the analysis process with the help of SPSS program to determine the extent to which the results of questionnaires can be used to continue the investment plan. The economic analyzes used in this research include Payback Period (PP), Return On Investment (ROI), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Break Even Point (BEP) Profitability Index (IP). The results of calculation analysis shows the value of PP occurs in 22,67 Months (22 Months 20 Days), ROI Rp. 807.777.929,- (3,75% per month ≈ 45 % per year), NPV of (+)(+)Rp1.032.963.875,- IRR of 8,12 %> 8,06%, BCR of 1.0543> 1, BEP occurs after 41 Units Sold House, IP amounted to 1.0543> 1. The result of economic analysis that has been done shows that investment in Sidodadi Village is feasible.
