Abstract

Principal Efforts in Teacher Performance Improvement in Prawira Marta Kartasura SMK on 2017. Thesis Faculty of Teacher Training and Education. Muhammadiyah Surakarta university. August 2017. This research is a qualitative research. The subject of research is principal and teacher of SMK Prawira Marta. Completion of data using techniques. The research results show the efforts made by the principal in improving the performance of teachers in the vocational school are: A) supervision, held meetings before the new school year, teachers must. B) teachers are required to bring teaching tools, understand theories, learning materials and methods, understand the character of each student, master the class and the principal to supervise. C) Facilitating facilities and infrastructure, teachers are required to have a laptop. D) teachers use varied learning methods and do not. E) Provide books and internet service facilities, teachers hold discussions with teachers of the same field and teachers are included in training, MGMP and seminars. F) Provide school facilities and encourage teachers to use them, Teachers are free to find sources of learning support. G) Control, remind and provide facilities for teachers. H) Establish presences, pickup schedules, permit books and late books and provide reprimands, guidance and direction. I) Openness, exemplary, and meeting meetings.
