Abstract
Housing development is an attempt to fulfill one of the basic human needs, as well as to give direction to the growth of the region, to expand employment and to drive economic activity. According to data from BPS Boyolali District Year 2014, one of the areas that experienced an increase in housing demand is Ngemplak District. To fulfill the needs of housing then invested in housing developments named “Heavynne Residence”. The purpose of this thesis is to know how much the number of house demand, total investment plan housing construction and whether or not worthy of investment planning in terms of economic aspects. The economic aspects that used were NPV, IRR, BCR, IP, PP, ROI and BEP. Base on the research conducted NPV value were Rp1.788.223.917,60 IRR value of 12,2269% > 9,95%, BCR value of 1,05 > 1, IP value of 1,05 > 1, PP for 32 months 13 days, ROI after taxes of 2,83% per monts, 33,98% per year, the value of BEP sales of 43 units. Base on these results can be conclud that investment in the Gagaksipat Ngemplak District can be done. Keyword: Feasibility Studies, House Planning, Investment
