Abstract

The aims of this research is to find out the numerals form in advertisement discourse of Kompas and Solopos, the mean of numerals in advertisements discourse of Kompas and Solopos, and relevant numerals of advertisements discourse of Kompas and Solopos in the subjek learning of Indonesian language in senior high school at XII grade. Method whice used is a qualitative method. Qualitative method is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or oral words of people and behavior that can be observed. The result of this research, there are taktrif numerals and non taktrif numerals. Taktrif numerals are divided into primary numerals, level numerals, and collective numerals. The main numeral is divided into full numerals, fraction numerals, and gugus numerals. Full numeralia there are 14 data, fractional numerals there are 3 data, gugus numerals there are 6 data. Level Numerals there are 2 data. Collective numerals of 5 data, and non taktrif numerals contain 6 data. Numerals which on Kompas and Solopos newspaper be relevance as their material content for teach Indonesian language in senior high school at XII grade on Basic Competencies 4.9 produce textog history, news, advertisement, editorials / opiniand novel which corresponding with structure and role of the text, as well in spoken and written form.
