Abstract

This study aims to identify and provide insight into the crime of cyberspace, which is disturbing people by draining the contents of your credit or debit card known as carding. This is a qualitative research with empirical normative approach. Source of data derived from secondary data and primary data. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews, and studies in the field to perform as well as finding out weaknesses of an online program shop that store credit card data. Methods of data analysis using multiple stages, from data collection to data grouping, up to the data analysis and making conclusions. The results of this study, among others, (1) the enforcement of laws against transnational crime carding in anatomy because this crime has the characteristics of cross-border and recognized by international law as transnasiona organized crime. (2) not all law enforcement agencies have the educational background of law, the lack of control mechanisms and criminal justice component in each case investigation, the low commitment of law enforcement authorities in each country to cooperate in dealing carding in the Indonesian state is a criminal offense.
