Abstract
One effort to improve the professionalism of teachers can be done how to conduct Research Action Class (PTK) on an ongoing basis. Learning practice through classroom action research (PTK) can improve teacher professionalism. This is one reason why the importance of classroom action research for a teacher in improving the quality of education. Specifically, the purpose of this research is to know whether the strategy of PAIKEM can improve students' ability in learning science of tajwid in grade VIIIA student MTs Miftahul Ulum Karangmojo, Klego, Boyolali Semester I Lesson Year 2016/2017. This research uses a classroom action research approach conducted in MTs Miftahul Ulum which is located at Karangmojo Klego Boyolali. The study lasted for three months starting from October to December 2016. The subjects of this class action research were VIIIA students MTs Miftahul Ulum Karangmojo Klego Boyolali as many as 32 students consisting of 11 male and 21 female students. Technique of collecting data through test, interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques through interactive analysis model through the process of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal of conclusions. The conclusion of this research is that PAIKEM strategy can improve students' ability in learning science of tajwid in grade VIIIA student MTs Miftahul Ulum Karangmojo, Klego, Boyolali Semester I Lesson Year 2016/2017. This can be seen from the improvement of students ability in learning science of tajwid especially "Lam" and "Ro" from prasiklus until the second cycle, that is from prasiklus with grade average value equal to 76,76 with student fulfilling standard of KKM counted 22 people 58%). In the first cycle, there has been an increase in the average value of students that is equal to 77.26 with students who meet the standards of KKM as much as 27 people (71%). In the second cycle obtained a higher average value than the first cycle of 81.74 with students who meet the standards of KKM as many as 34 people (89%).
