Abstract

Aqidah education is an important lesson to be taught to learners as the initial foundation in religious life as a Muslim. In teaching Aqidah educators need the appropriate method so that learners can receive and understand the learning according to the learning objectives that have been previously planned. In this study the authors examine the method of learning Aqidah on participants Baitul Arqom 1 Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta, with the formulation of the problem of what methods are in gunakakan Aqidah education participants Baitul Arqom 1 in Pondok Hajah Nuriyah Shobron Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta? The purpose of this study is to describe the application of learning methods Aqidah to participants Baitul Arqom 1. This research includes the type of field research (field research) with a qualitative approach. The data collection using interviews, observation and documentation. While the method of data analysis using qualitative descriptive analysis that is in the form of narration or paragraph and not in the form of numbers through the process of data collection, data reduction, and display data. Further drawn the conclusion with the deductive method of thinking that depart from the theory to then be matched with the data. Based on the data analysis of the research results can be concluded that the method of learning Aqidah on participants Baitul Arqom 1 in Hajah Nuriyah Shobron hut include: exemplary method or direct example with the daily agenda in the applied, the lecture method is done when delivering the introduction in the learning Class and in doing when the cult after prayer, discussion methods and active learning that is used in learning activities in the classroom, so participants Baitul Arqom can be active in learning.
