Abstract

This study discusses the practice the process of shifting the function of agricultural lan and registration according to the republican government regulations indonesia number 1 year 2011. This study emphasizes legal certainty and legal protection holders of sustainable agricultural land rights. This study using sociological juridical methods with discriptive study. The study concluded than the implementation of the shifting function of agricultural land more apart from the procedure which has been set by the aplicable rules then by regristering the land and switching function, holders of land rights will gain strong legal leverage.
