Abstract
Shareholders have a purposed to get gain from stocks they invested. While creditors prefer company that have long survival and can return its debts The research designed to analyze the effect of leverage ratio, lquidity ratio, activity ratio, profitability ratio, director board size, and commissioner board size to financial distress. Population in this study are all manufacture companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2012-2015 periods. The sampling method used purposive sampling method.there are 227 companies as sample for this study. The analyze used logistic regression. The result showed that activity ratio and profitability ratio have significant effect to financial distress. Leverage ratio, liquidity ratio, director board size, and commisioner board size did not significantly effect to financial distress.
