Abstract

This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the effect: the reputation of auditors, disclosure, audit client tenure, and opinion on the possibility of disclosure shopping going concern audit opinion. Methods of sample collection was done by purposive sampling. This study used secondary data. The population in this study is a company of real estate and property sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the period 2011-2014. The analytical method used is the analysis of the logistics. The results showed that the variables of the reputation of auditors, disclosure, audit client tenure, shopping and opinion affect the going concern audit opinion.
