Abstract
Nutrient deficiency in adolescents is still be come worldwide public health problems. Adolescent girls are the group that is vulnerable to nutrition problem, such as stunting. This problem is related to makronutrien and mikronutrien. Makronutrien and mikronutrien deficiency including protein, zinc, calcium, and vitamin D. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in the adequacy of protein, zinc, calcium, and vitamin D between stunting and non stunting adolescents girls. The research using observational with cross-sectional method eighty subjects were obtained by simple random sampling technique. Data of adequacy level of food intake obtained through of 24 hours recall for 6 non-consecutive days, and height measured using microtoice. The analysys of hypothesis using Mann Whitney. In the stunting group, the average percent age of adequacs of protein is 76,62%, zinc 35,84%, calcium 30,96% , vitamin D 14,44%, while in the non-stunting group the adequacy of protein 88,57%, zinc 40,26%, calcium 30,96%, vitamin D 19,79%. There was a difference in adequacy of protein, zinc, calcium between stunting and non-stunting adolescent girls, while there is no difference in vitamin D adequacy between stunting and non-stunting adolescent girls.
