Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze (1) the implementation provided by the Travel Bureau to consumers in the form of rights and obligations between parties, (2) Form of agreement used in the procurement of tour packages at the Travel Bureau of CV. Malinda Tour, (3) Settlement efforts due to cancellation or one of the parties is a default in the procurement agreement of the tour package. This study is a normative research. Methods of data collection through literature study and interview. Technical analysis of data using analysis and deductive methods. The results showed that: (1) Implementation of rights and obligations between the two parties namely the principal obligations of the Travel Bureau of CV. Malinda Tour Solo as the recipient of the job are to perform a set of services of transportation, accommodation, eating / drinking and enjoying tourist objects / attractions in order to organize the tour, (2) Form of package tour agreement made by CV. Malinda Tour is made in written form that the Travel Bureau has prepared a form of agreement that has been printed then the client just to fill and sign the agreement. This tour package agreement is not a pure standard contract, (3) Efforts made in finalizing the change of package tour agreement at CV. Malinda Tour is always strived by way of deliberation to consensus, if the way deliberation is not successful then the settlement is done legally in the local District Court authorized.
