Abstract
This study aims to Analyze the influence of Job Stress, Job Satisfaction And Organizational Commitment To Employee Turnover PT. Citra Mandiri Multi Finance. This type of research is quantitative research. The research population is the employees of PT. Citra Mandiri Multi Finance Semarang Branch and Solo Branch. The sample is determined by purposing sampling method method, with 77 respondents. Data collection method used is Questionnaire technique (questionnaire). Data analysis method used is multiple linear analysis method. In the research results obtained conclusion Work stress has no effect on Intention turnover, Job Satisfaction has influence on intention turnover and Organizational Commitment has influence to Intention turnover. Key Word : Job Stress, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment And Employee Turnover Intention.
