Abstract

ABSTRACT Decision making is never separated from the human life, good decision-making for simple to complex problems. The aim in this study i.e., among others, is to create a Web-based decision support system to provide ease for high school students by using a Simple Additive method Weight (SAW) method and Topsis. With a decision support system based on Simple Additive Weighting and TOPSIS SAW (Technique For Others Reference By Similarity To ideal Solution) that have been created are expected later in a similar case study can determine the perangkingan faster. Because it is essentially a Simple Additive Weighting and TOPSIS SAW (Technique For Others Reference By Similarity To ideal Solution) has a special characteristic that is, if a variable gets a rating criteria are great and the criteria gets a big weights then will increase. Results achieved in the construction of the system this time was the taking of the decision support Systems Department of SMA NEGERI 1 SUMBERLAWANG with comparison method TOPSIS SAW and created using Macromedia software weawer Dream with php programming language and uses php my admin to its database. After doing research at the start of the stage of the analysis of the needs of both hardwere or later software ketahapan data collection the data used for the students to major in SMA NEGERI 1 SUMBERLAWANG. After it made the design of the system to be made into a web. After making deasain finished next create election system web-based Department that contains the menu, home, signup, admin login, login, the students saw, topsis, and about the results. On the menu penftaran used students to register fill out the available form the website. Admin login on the menu used to adjust the number of classes, check the data on students, and paint reserved IPA and IPS. Login for students used to enter into the system. Students must login to enable every menu in it, containing data on students who are required to register.
