Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine: 1) the impact of work discipline on employee performance CV. Manunggal Sehati Magetan, 2) the impact of work supervision on employee performance CV. Manunggal Sehati Magetan, 3) impact of work discipline and work supervision on employee performance CV. Manunggal Sehati Magetan. This research includes quantitative descriptive research. The population of this research is all employees of CV. Manunggal Sehati Magetan totaling 40 employees. All employees are used as samples by sampling method. Data collection techniques using documentation and questionnaire techniques, previous questionnaires in trials with validity and reliability test. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear analysis, F test, t test, R2 test and relative and effective contribution. The result of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the regression 2 line equation Y = 1,897 + 0,491X1 + 0,485X2. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis can be concluded that: 1) Work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance on CV. Manunggal Sehati Magetan. The result of multiple linear regression analysis (t test) obtained tcount> ttable ie 3,479> 2,028 and coefficient value <0.05, that is 0.001 with relative contribution of 52, 917% and effective contribution 29,586%; 2) Work supervision has a positive effect on employee performance CV. Manunggal Sehati Magetan. The result of multiple linear regression analysis (t test) obtained tcount> ttable that is 3,178> 2,028 and coefficient value <0.05, that is 0,003 with relative contribution equal to 47,049% and effective contribution 26,394%; 3) Work discipline and work supervision have a positive effect on employee performance CV. Manunggal Sehati Magetan. This is evident from the results of multiple linear regression analysis (F test) which obtained Fcount> Ftable is 23,627> 3,24 with significance value <0,005 that is 0.000. Overall variable of work discipline and work supervision give effect of effective contribution equal to 56,1% to employee performance, the rest 43,9% influenced by other variable outside variable which researched by researcher.
