Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know a responsibility of parents for the care of children after divorce, as well as to determine the consideration of the judge in determining child custody and divorced law effect if parents do not carry out the custody of children after this divorce. The research is normative legal research. Resource data in this research are secondary and primary, then analyzed using methods normatif. Based on showed research results that parents who do not implemen his obligations will be subject to criminal sanction and deprived of power as the elderly
