Abstract

The study entitle "an analysis of the factors that affecting the Weakness of local Government Internal Control System (case study in the District and the city of Central Java province in the period 2012-2013)"The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Economic Growth, PAD and Capital Expenditures on Weakness of Local Government Internal Control System. The population in this study is the city and regency of Central Java province. They are 35 regencies and cities as sample of this research 2012-2103. The sampling technique used saturated sample techniques. The secondary data used in this study .Hypothesis testing in this study used multiple linear regression with SPSS tool. The results obtained through a partial test that shows that Growth of Economics and PAD did not affect the weakness of the internal control system while and Capital Expenditure affect the weakness of the internal control system.
